DylanRibkoff.com offers free shipping on domestic orders over $69 when placed on our website. If the order is below $69 shipping charges apply. You can find out how much it will cost by following the steps to make a purchase. Don’t worry; you’ll be able to see how much it will cost before committing to the purchase.
Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take forever. DylanRibkoff.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 5-6 business days.
30 Day Returns on Your First Pair of Undies*:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your FIRST pair, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund. We understand the risk involved in trying out a new underwear brand. So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your FIRST pair, just go through our easy return process (via Returns) to get your return shipping label.
*Note: If your first pair of undies was part of a “Deal” eg. 3 For $49, then we ask that you only open one of the three pairs from its packaging. Make sure you like the way the fit and feel and then open the other two once you’re sure they’re keepers. If you decide that they’re not for you, then you’ll send back the pair you opened, washed, worn, whatever, along with the others in their original packaging and receive a full refund on all three.
Return With DylanRibkoff.com (on purchases thereafter first pair) – It’s Easy:
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sealed packaging. We will not issue any refund if the seal is broken. And shipping will be charged to the customer if the merchandise is requested back by the customer.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.*
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
* Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States or Canada.
